  • 1.  How to display customers phone number in Queues

    When drilling down on Queue level we can see how many customers that is waiting. Is it possible to see the phone number as well? In the attached file you can see that all our customers number field says "Norway".

    Hi Tobias,

     

    This is a great suggestion.  Looking at this view, it seems we only expose the "Participant Name" at the Queue dashboard level - instead of the ANI.  I spoke with our support engineers, and they'd like to submit this as an enhancement request.  

     

    When you have a moment could you create a ticket with PureCloud Support?  This will allow them to document the ticket as an enhancement request, so it can be evaluated further.
