Is there a way to display the contents of the file attached to the email received from the "Inbound Email" flow on the script screen?

No, at this time, it is not possible to display the content of an email attachment in the "Script" tab. You can request a new feature and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/
