    Hi,

    I have passe the certification of GCA 1 mounth ago, and now I want to know how to download the certification from the Genesys website

    Please could you help me on this ?

    Hi, Mostafa,

    Certification questions are best answered on the Certification and Training community.

    That said, your certification is tracked on https://www.youracclaim.com/

    Log in there with the same email address you used to sign up for the exam.

    There you can see your certifications and badges, and share your certification information on LinkedIn and other places.

    There is no download, per se.
