    Hi All,
Is there a place where I can find which are the API´s used to pull data for the "Queue Metrics Interval Export report"
I would need those API´s because We have a data ingestion project to bring Genesys Cloud data to internal Data lake.

Columns from "Queue Metrics Interval Export report"
    Date
    Interval
    Queue
    Media Type
    Offered
    Answered
    Abandoned
    Abandon %
    Service Level %
    ASA
    Avg Talk
    Avg ACW
    AHT
    Avg Hold
    Transferred
    Transfer %

I've found the page below which is great but I was not able to associate the API´s with the columns I'm mentioning above.

    https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer

    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards,

    Hi,

    You can use API /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query

Also I can recommend you to use our Repo361 RawData API to get Genesys Cloud data to CSV regarding to all Genesys Cloud API requirements and recommendations.
