We are building an SMS tool, and we're trying to sync our opt-out status (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/sms-opt-keywords/.
Does anyone know what API call returns any type of opt-out status? I can't find anything in the documentation.

Hi,
There doesn't appear to be SMS opt-out status in any of the APIs. Feel free to post your use case to our ideas portal, product management use this to help decide what features to add for future releases.
