  • 1.  How to get the conversationId using commands and events in web messaging with Genesys SDK

    I have been trying to grab the conversation id after opening the launcher plugin to send the data to some other places during the web messaging session. However, I am unable to retrieve it using plugins provided. Can someone let me know if it is possible at all with plugins or it needs to be an API call?

    Hi Somik,

    Seems conversationId is not available through the Messager / Guest APIs
