    Hi,

    Need to know how to get the Message sender's id Name (i.e.; Jorge Negri) displayed on the agent's desktop, while receiving the interaction and to use it in Architect Message flow for the Whatsapp Messaging Channel

    The message sender's ID name is presented while receiving and answering the incoming interaction on the agent's desktop:


    The question is how to get this message sender ID on Architect, and then be presented on the corresponding script.

    Furthermore this message sender ID can be used in an Integration with a CRM system too, to get the external message sender information

    You can get the message sender's name in Architect using the `Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.name` variable in the Architect Flow. You should be able to use this to send to a script or other implementation you require.
