  • 1.  How to have two pop up window poping in Salesforce

    I have set up a screen pop-up in Salesforce but I see we can only pop up one window when the number matched the records vs not. It either pulls in the contact or a case. Is there a possibility to have two screens pop up? One for any contact matched and the second for creating a new case.

    With OneView from ttec on the AppFoundry, you can run a Flow that can open multiple contacts, cases, or accounts or pretty much whatever Flow can pop.
