  • 1.  How to hide outbound number on a campaign

    Hi community!

    Im configuring an outbound campaign, & I am being asked to see if its possible to hide the client number showed in the genesys cloud interface ( I mean the one who is displayed between the "call timer" & the "Get Interaction URL") I was looking in the role permissions something like view ani but cant find anything like that, does anyone know if its possible & if its how to do it?

    This is available in Performance Views and Exports, but not on the Roster (that panel you showed):  Limited PII masking in Performance views and exports - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  There are ideas for this and other masking on the ideas site.  You can search there and vote on the ones relevant to your issue.
