    Hi,

    I am using Web Messaging for Chat. And I want to Inject Message as Bot or Agent into the Web Messaging during the disconnects. Is there any api command available for out-box solution or do we need to used Guest API only.

    There is a beta for "Web Messaging - Conversation Disconnect"  that you could enroll in. This is exactly what you are looking for.

    I have requested for the beta version for it. But this is only to identify the disconnect but I want to Inject a Message based on the disconnect event to customer.

    Yup. This beta feature, helps you to send a STATIC message to the customer when an agent disconnects the interaction.
