    Hello Team,

    We are trying to for screen pop up CRM without scripting, using default Inbound script and screen pop up url the issue is in URL we are getting = %20 where we are failing to get details from crm page. please help on this.

    Could you post what you want the URL to look like vs. what is actually happening?

    We are using Screen Pop Up URL: https://cloudcx-sparrow.cexlab.com/Service/Contact?phone=

    I want it to look like like : https://cloudcx-sparrow.cexlab.com/Service/Contact?phone=+918555922274 where it comes up as : https://cloudcx-sparrow.cexlab.com/Service/Contact?phone=%20+918555922274

    We are using the expression : ToPhoneNumber(Call.Ani).e164
