    Dear Team,

    Good Morning! I am using Genesys Cloud Architect call flow development for Japanese language related applications. In that Architect flow Playback prompt we are trying to play digits values. Currently all digits playing with Japanese language. But I want to play Zero(0) digit should be in English instead of Japanese REI. We are using default TTS Engine as "Amazon Polly"

    Depends on type of TTS playback you are doing.  If the Play individual digits in a string, it is probably playing the System Prompt called num_0 which is just playing the Japanese for 0, or rei.  If you type in this box for that system prompt zero instead of the digit 0, it will read out zero.
