How to provision polycom phones for genesys cloud on premise

  • 1.  How to provision polycom phones for genesys cloud on premise

    HIi All,

    we  have to integrate the polycom model phones vvx201 with the gensys cloud. But we are unable to provision the phones. ACL has been opened. Registration is succesful when we create a line key manually on the phone. But provisioning is failing. please help.
