  • 1.  How to restrict scheduling permission for an agent...

    Hi,

I am trying to restrict an agent from editing the schedules of other agents but should be able to edit their own schedules.

    • Agent should be able to view their own schedule

    • Agent should be able to edit their own schedule

    • Agent should NOT be able to view or edit any other agent's schedules

Are there any specific permissions that would help me to configure a role this way?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Suresh,

editing a schedule is seen as an elevated Admin/Supervisor permission/task where the user would be editing and maintaining schedules for multiple Employees.

Currently, we don't have specific employee-level rules/permissions for editing their personal schedule. This is something that we are looking into as we build out more self-service scheduling features for the employee. It would be great to hear what Activities you are looking at employees to self-schedule and any rules you have around this, to help us shape future features in this area.
