According to the online documents, it appears that you can only use the search box to locate information in the DID Number, Service Provider, and Comments columns.
I really want to search for an assignee, but I can't find that option anywhere.
Cloud CX is new to me as we migrate from PureConnect, so maybe I'm missing something simple.
Any advice would be appreciated.
