Genesys Cloud - Main

We currently have an evaluation form made up of eight sections. One section is made up of 10 questions all on Compliance. If the advisor fails one or more of the 10 questions, we want just that specific section score to = 0. If all questions in that section are answered correctly, or N/A, the section score = 100% 

We currently use an additional question 'Has the advisor passed all Compliance questions' Yes/No, as a work around. Is there another way to do this?

Hi Esther,

I found this idea QM: Global and block of questions score with critical/fatal question which I believe would cover your scenario.  I would recommend voting for the idea and adding your use case so that it can be considered.
