  • 1.  How to set System disposition in post call rule set ""ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED""

    Hi Team,

    I have face some issues. please resolve it.

    I have using Outbound Preview mode campaign in the Campaign i have set 2 rule set.

      1. Rule set is Pre call : 
                      *If XYZ condition success. I set to  Action type Do Not Dial.
                 if this rule success i got system disposition "ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED".

     2. Another rule is I need to set Post call rule condition in this system disposition "ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED".
     We have option in rule set but i could not see this disposition not in the list. how to set this disposition "ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED" condition rule.

    Hi Saravanan, thanks for your question. At the moment, ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED is not supported on wrap-up rule conditions. The first phase of adding system disposition conditions only included a subset of all possible dispositions. Work for the additional wrap-ups has not been planned yet.
