  • 1.  How to set up personal VM after Big Phone has been disconnected

    Hello,

    Our Org is disabling the 'Big Phone' on the end user interface that is located on the left side of the screen between the Inbox and Video Chat icons. We tested out VM and made sure that personal and group VM still route to the end users who have those permissions enabled for them. However, we found that setting up personal VM might be affected if the internal Big Phone is disabled. End users will not be able to dial *86 in the dial pad to set up their personal VM. Is there a way to still reach their personal VM through maybe calling on a behalf of a queue or another way if the big phone has been disabled?

    Hi Ali,

    I don't think it is possible to access the voicemail menu without access to the phone panel,  I will keep investigating, but maybe in the meantime someone else can confirm if there is another way to access it.

    It doesn't seem possible to direct dial the voicemail without access to the phone, I would recommend raising this on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
