How to use openAction on Predictive Engagement

    Hi All,

    the Journey Plugin JS documentation refer to an action of type openAction (https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/SDKCommandsEvents/journeyPlugin) however in the configuration available on Genesys Cloud Admin UI you can only configure Action of type ContentOffer, Advanced Orchestration, Messaging and WebChat.
    Is there any special configuration or permission to use openAction ? It would be very useful in fact because we should integrate the opening of a third party chat.

    It would seem that both API and Messaging Journey SDK Javascript refer to an openAction action type when in fact from Genesys Cloud interface you cannot select it (see attached screenshot and documentation https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-actions/).

    Can you help me to undestrand how to use/configure this type of action ?
