I subscribed to some topics using websocket, but some did not receive messages, for example v2.workforcemanagement.managementunits.{id}.agents.sync
I would like to ask what is this {id} parameter is user ID or channelId

It is Management unit's ID

Invoke Api - "/api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits" which will give you details. Also on GenesysCloud UI - when you are browsing to the respective management unit - you can get the details from url query string.
