Hi,
I can't able to see the automatic conversation summary for webmessaging. I enabled a required roles & permission but i cant able to see any summary suggestion in my interaction.
Could you please any one help on this?

As this went GA recently, you need the license to use it as explained here https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/genesys-cloud-agent-assist-pricing/. Please contact your sales rep or partner manager to get access to it
