I am not sure as to what should be my next certification after this certification. Please if any expert can guide me through that would be so helpful.

As George Ganahl mentioned, the role plays an important factor regarding your next steps, and since you mentioned you are a Project Manager, I'd say it is recommended, as the next step, to follow the System Administrator Learning Path and get certified in the Specialist Certifications, which are:

• Architect
• Workforce Management
• Scripting
• Quality Management
• Outbound

Recently, 3 weeks ago I have completed  'Cloud Certified Partner'; however, I did not receive Credly badge.

In how many day did you receive the credly badge?

I have the following update:

The Genesys Partner Program made the decision not to count the CCP towards the Performance Target for the Ascend Partner Program, as seen on slide 10 for the FY25 Genesys Ascend Program Guide for Cloud Resellers found here https://genesys.seismic.com/Link/Content/DChXpBW26m2JB8cWdRfCcX3mBX4d. Due to this, the CCP has been discontinued. This was communicated earlier this year to everyone who started the required coursework for the CCP before it was taken down, since the coursework should have been taken before the exam. The Cloud Certified Partner required both the coursework and the exam.
