    Hi Lucas,

    Great work on this tutorial - really clear and practical! I especially appreciate how you connected the CX as Code concepts to real Genesys Cloud scenarios, it makes it easier for teams to see the immediate value.

    From a technical lead perspective, I see this approach helping a lot with governance and consistency across environments, especially when scaling or onboarding new developers. I'll definitely be sharing this with my team.

    Thank you all!

    I've had people ask about an automated pipeline for this, which I've covered in Automating development of Genesys chatbots. However, I plan on writing a more detailed article on CI/CD pipelines for Genesys Cloud flows.

    So watch this space - or just read the great articles written by the Genesys team on the Genesys Cloud Dev Blog.
