Our customer is looking to get the following stats to be shown in their custom dashboard, however, I see some of these are not exist in document.
Interaction Center Web Services (ICWS) (genesys.com)Not found: ASA, Average Handle Time, After Call Work, and Offered ( offered , as workaround, can be manually computed by:
answer+abandoned+flowOut).
I think that they might be listed in different names or from different document.
Any advise would be appreciated.
