  • 1.  Identify Participants of a Conference Call when Calling from a Queue

    I don't know if I'm missing a feature/setting, but I'm wondering if there's a way to identify all the people on a conference call when calling several people from a queue. We found that if you're calling people with the same area code and the participants are not saved as contacts, it just shows a list of all the participants' locations. If the agent wants to remove someone from the call and the other participants both have the same area code, there's no way to identify who is being removed. Is there a way to change this? This is only an issue when calling from a queue, not from the phone module.

    Kinda related to this is clearly identifying the parties on a Consult Transfer. (Possibly will end up being part of the same update...)
