Hi Team,
I have configured a bot flow for our web chat and need to check what is the idle timeout when a client enters chat and doesn't type anything ?
I need to configure that to 1 hour so that when client enters chat and doesn't type anything for an hour chat should be automatically ended , how is that achievable?

Hi @R_Pooja Check out this older thread about web chat timeout and customization. The web chat timeout itself is not customizable, but there are work arounds outlined here https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/webchat-timeout-for-inactive-interaction/7650

Thanks for the response , but I was referring to the timeout customization in the bot flow for chat. Can you please help on that?
