    Hi, 

    What is the latest status on a Java free WFM (on-prem) for scheduling ?

    I see that Microsoft is getting up to a point where support for Internet Explorer is being ended later this year. 
    I know about the options in WFM to use it with Edge/Chrome, but can't find it user-friendly with pop-up windows and not all functions in the same view...

    Tried to find a release note about Java free web for supervisors...

    I'd be curious too.  Have you raised a case to Genesys Support to have them formally give response?  All the dependencies on Java and the multiple web interfaces (GAX, GA- including the replacement for that, WFM, Pulse, SpeechMiner etc) are starting to cause more work these days and making a move away from on-prem/Engage even more attractive.

    Haven't done that yet. 

    Makes moving away attractive to those who can move (quickly) attractive, for others it can make daily operations quite hard...
