New Genesys user/admin and we have a problem we can't seem to find a solution for. . . We have a Qualtrics intake form imbedded in an iFrame within our screenpop for our queue. We would like our agents to send our callers text messages while still on the call with them and have an outbound queue to do so. However, whenever our staff adds an interaction to send a canned message text the iFrame within the initial interaction refreshes and our agents lose the Qualtrics form because the iFrame refreshes.
Wondering if anyone else uses Qualtrics forms imbedded within the screenpop or has ideas on how we can stop the iFrame from refreshing when we add a second interaction. Any assistance or thoughts on what we should try would be greatly appreciated. We have been trying to solve this problem since late November and can't figure out anything that works.
