    Hey there,

I have in my infrastructure a bridge server to access data via web services. In my demo environment I have no issue using the IIS with self signed certificate to use HTTPS but when I'm trying to move to a production organization I can't load any web service because something went wrong with the IIS.

Has anyone of you have experienced this behave?

    Regards,

    Mario

    Hi Mario,

About the only troubleshooting suggestion I can give you is to test out both demo and production web services with a web browser and postman to see if they handle the production and demo HTTPS endpoints the same. If that doesn't provide an obvious problem then your best bet is to contact customer care so they can gather the logs from your bridge server.

    Thanks Jason,

Solved the issue installing some windows features complement of IIS.
