  • 1.  IMAP/SMTP Email Routing With O365

    Has anyone gotten inbound emails to route into PureCloud successfully with IMAP and Outlook 365? We have setup our IMAP server in Intergrations and received a successful connection. I added the domain, the email address we are using, and the Domain Settings to use our custom IMAP server for inbound emails, set the routing to go to a queue. When sending an email, we see the email come into the Inbox, but it never routes to our queue.

    Hello Paul,

    You may want to recheck the inbound email flow settings and make sure that you've tested and saved your configuration. If you still are having issues with the emails routing through the queue, you may need to reach out to Customer Care to see why the inbound emails are not routing through the queue.

    Have you used basic authentication or Oauth?. It is for may knowledge. Not related to your issue.
