  • 1.  Immediately transfer to a number

    I hope I'm not over complicating this one but need to design a flow that automatically transfers an inbound caller of a toll free and DID number to an external DID.  How is this most easily feasible?  When I select 'transfer to number' as an action in architect it is requiring me to select a DTMF option to facilitate the transfer.

    Hi Matt,

    Just give it any DTMF option and then on the Main Menu (top level on your particular flow) set the Default Menu Choice to be your external transfer. You'll want to remove any prompts or TTS from the Initial Greeting and Menu Prompt as well and update the Menu Options. The Number of times to repeat menu needs to be set to 0 and the Menu selection timeout should be 0 as well.
