Hello everyone.
We are doing an estimate of costs to migrate our client's IVR to use a 3rd party TTS service. The estimate is based on the IVR flow occurences. We are aware that Google TTS and Amazon Polly are billed by million characters units. We're wondering, will the fact that IVR flows are somehow cached in Genesys Cloud Edge appliances (on-prem in our case) have any impact on the count of processed characters?
