Hi,
Is it possible in Genesys Cloud to import CSV file for Externals contacts with custom fields ? either for new import or update existing contacts.
I didn't find in the documentation a topic that explains if possible or not to import externals contacts with custom fields.

I would recommend to ask such questions on the Genesys Cloud Community Forum as the Developer Forum is meant for development related questions using Platform API & SDKs.

If you are looking for an API solution, we do have bulk APIs available that you can leverage to import contacts: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/externalcontacts/bulk
In general, if the documentation doesn't exist it means that the feature does not exist, which is true in this specific case. New features can be requested via the ideas portal.
