    Hello Community

    We carried out a study of some improvements that can be of great help for managing agent interactions in messaging channels, such as open messages and third-party messaging such as WhatsApp.

    Based on this we propose some ideas that we are sure can help with this.

    If anyone else in the community considers that these ideas can help their operations, we appreciate your votes in these.
