Hello all,
We've finalized our integration work for GCloud, but we're struggling to get/produce/locate any substantial, diverse volume of data to test our hooks. I've poked around with no one really being able to help. Setting up GCloud and self-generating data is a burden as we don't really have the skilled resources to do that. We can't be the only people who need test data to adequately test/load test out integration with GCloud.
Anyone with any ideas, data, approaches to this?
PS: We've written our own "data generation" code..but in the end, we'll get volume, but not likely the diversity we'll see with our first client...maybe someone from GCloud QA can help? Don't want our first client to be the tester...
Thanks in advance, Tim

Genesys Cloud doesn't have simulated data. If you need data in your org to validate specific scenarios, you need to actually conduct the conversations to generate the data. The Developer Tools can create web chats and callbacks easily to test handling those media types.
