Hello,
When we receive inbound email reply, the type for conversation is shown as inbound/outbound and having same conversationID as parent outbound.
What happens if the outbound conversation is more than 32 days and it has an inbound reply, will it be shown as inbound/outbound or as a new inbound.
Using below conversation detail query api to pool the conversation within 32 days of interval (this is limitation of API as per documentation).
