  • 1.  Inbound Flow - Find Prompt

    Hello Community,
I am designing an inbound call flow that will check the called address in my data table and then transfer the customer to the right queue. Also, these queues have a schedule. In a closed schedule, it should play the user prompt that I defined. Under Evaluate schedule-closed path I added data table lookup which will return the prompt name and after that, I added find user prompt
and when it is found it will play audio.

This logic works on English prompts but It didn't work on Hungarian prompt for example. I tried to add Hungarian in the supported languages, it didn't work as well. Do you have any recommendations?
    Regards.

What is not working Hanife? Is the prompt not found or it does not play the Hungarian language part of the prompt after the prompt is found?

Did you set the default language of the flow to Hungarian before you play/find the prompt?

It is not found the prompt.  But I configured every detail actually.
What if I set the default language to Hungarian there are many prompts that are in different languages. Does it affect them too? Or how does it work?
    Thank you in advance.

Well what I have done lately is create 1 prompt and have the two languages in the prompt. In your situation the English text in the English block as you have already. In the same prompt add the Hungarian text and when you want top play the Hungarian message you set the flow language with the block "Set Language"to Hungarian and it should play the message. Put your promptname in a participant data to for which prompt your flow is looking for.

    Hey Raymond,
Thank you for your answer. This work for the Hungarian prompt but I have prompts in other languages too. I cannot set language using variables. Can you help me to figure this out?

    Hanife,
Whilst you can't use a variable in the Set Language operation, you could have a switch statement that looks at a variable (or any other methodology you have for determining the required language) and then feeds into a set of Set Language operations.
