  • 1.  Incorrect CLI display issue

    Hello,
    We have a setup where due to Dubai Telco restriction, we have calls passing through Frankfurt to Dubai.
    Looking at the number as an international number (with German country code +49), the called party (+971xx from Dubai basically) assumes it's a spam call & this way some of the calls go unanswered. The expectation is to display the calling number as +971 Dubai number.

    There was a recommendation to use prioritized caller ID method, that did not work.
    Setting up a CLI on queue level did not help either.
    Do we have any suggestions?
