    Is it possible to add a pdf file into a script for inbound calls in Genesys Cloud CX? If so, how?

    As long as the PDF is on a site that can be accessed with an https URL, then yes.

    Ok we need to use the Web Page correct?
    It works when I first enter the link but then it lost the connection.. any tips to avoid this?

    Not a web page, but a url file location.  You shouldn't lose the connection.  Check your console log when this happens.
