    Hello Team,

    We have a local Grandstream UCM603 device and would like to configure it as a trunk within our organization. Upon reviewing the system, we noticed that a cloud edge instance is being managed by our provider.

    As such, I'm reaching out to request the necessary steps for integrating our Grandstream PBX with the cloud infrastructure. Specifically, could you please provide the IP address or hostname of the cloud-managed edge , as well as any other relevant configuration details (e.g., ports, protocols, authentication methods)?

    Hello Saad,

    You will want to have a BYOC trunk created, and connect your device to that trunk. Since the cloud Edges are managed by Genesys, you will need to open a case with Customer Care to assign that trunk to the Edges.
