My customer has an existing Genesys Cloud organisation with some 200 active users taking production calls.
We now want to integrate Genesys Cloud SCIM with Azure AD starting with a TEST A/D instance. I am concerned about how this integration may affect the current active users who are not configured in the TEST A/D instance.
When the SCIM sync is performed, could the SCIM instance inactivate or delete my users that are not present in the TEST A/D instance? If so, how would I avoid this outcome.
