  • 1.  Integrate two ADSF Servers

    Hello team,

    One of our customer is requesting to integrate their SSO withing 2 different ADFS. They have one organization and their company is divided in two, si we have created two divisions and they want to use their SSO for both adfs. It is possible to perform this login?

    There is a roadmap feature for multiple SSO providers of the same type but in the mean time you can create one using the ADFS/Azure integration and the other using the Generic SSO Provider. The ADFS will have the Microsoft logo and the Generic whichever logo you provide.

    Any idea on  the current target for that multiple provider/same type roadmap item?  I seem to recall seeing that a while ago with a target for this current quarter.

    As a partner I have no more detail than you. The idea is https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-555 and is currently Accepted but not yet in development. The last roadmap listed it as target.
