Pure Cloud Desktop: I understand that there is an out of Box integration with SFDC and Zendesk. I saw information that Rest API’s are available but not necessarily linked to the desktop, ie so my question is can we integrate the Pure cloud desktop with .Net application? This would be a web based application, if yes what mechanism can be used.
Pure cloud IVR:
Similar question can we call a .Net application from the IVR if yes then what mechanism can be used.
