Hi community,
We are working with an energy provider using SAP CRM 7.0 with IS-U and who recently deployed Genesys Cloud CX.
I was curious to see if anyone in this community had experience with such SAP integration in combination with IS-U module. Also, considering that the customer is most likely to move to S/4HANA IS-U, I could be interested by such REX.
I am interested in any kind of interaction and for any channel. My goal is to provide use cases to customer to enhance their customer and agent experience.
