  • 1.  Integrations menu in the beta is not clickable.

    Hi,
    We've been testing the new beta UI in Genesys Cloud. When we click on the Integrations menu, it does not open the expected page-instead, it just redirects us back to the Activity page.

    Is this a known bug of the beta UI?

    Will this be fixed in a future update?

    It was the same for me. I reported it with the Give feedback button

    I get the same behavior when clicking on "DID Numbers".  It just takes me back to the Activity page.  It happens whether clicking on the menu option or the link provided by the search.

    We get the same result for "Telephony > DID Numbers" and "IT and Integrations > Integrations" whether selected from the left-hand navigation menu or selected from the search bar results. The Agent Activity screen is displayed. We currently have no access to DID Numbers or Integrations without reverting back to the original UI.

    Same for us here, even the old links don't work for DID and Integrations. All other old links still working...

    Also the "place call with another app" is very hidden under UCC -> Voice -> Settings. Before it was just in the call settings.

    @Jeong Yoon Cho / all - We reported the same issues in the New UI Known Issues thread, and fortunately @Zoltan Juricskay from Genesys stated those issues should be fixed before GA (preferably within the next week or so given their weekly updates.) I'd recommend joining us in that centralized thread to stay up to date on this and other UI issues/feedback.

    Unfortunately, in the meantime our admins have had to switch between the old & new UI to workaround these/other issues. To do so, we created a separate "NewUI role we can add/remove as needed.

    Was hoping this issue would have been fixed this weekend as they have stated they do releases every Saturday however it doesn't appear to be fixed.

    We had/have the same expectation, Richard. Please throw your comment into& follow the New UI Known Issues thread so Genesys, et al, can monitor/chime in them there.

    It seems with the today's release at least in EUC2 the integration and the DDI issue is gone.
