    I am new using the Intent miner option in the cloud. There was a new function coming topic mining that was in Beta in March. Is there an update to when it will be available?

    Well, it looks like it´s coming pretty soon.

    For now, the expected date is the 30st of Nov.
    Please, be aware that this is a primely date that is subject to change.

    Are you considering adding a link to the interaction details - or interactionID - in the intent miner results against each phrase?
    I appreciate there is already an icon to the snippet but I think it would be useful as well to the link to the full interaction detail, would we need to review the rest of the conversation.
