Hi All,
Is there any limit for the length of an interaction ID, we have seen some with 36 and 37 characters. We have some customers asking for this clarification as they have configured their repositories to a set limit

All GUIDs are 36 characters long in the format 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. If you see any GUIDs that differ from this, please report the issue to Genesys Cloud Care.
