    Hello Everyone!! 

    I'm trying to give permission for Email Agent to view their colleagues email Interactions only from the Interaction tab, Is there any possible way to achieve that without giving them the ability to view all of the Interactions including calls, social media & other media types?  as if I give them full permissions they'll be able to access all Interactions including all of the details

    Hello Osama,

    I was looking at our list of All permissions in this article from the Resource Center. I found the following: 

    However, I'm not aware of any way to limit this to individual interactions or specific channels. For that, you will need to submit an enhancement request for Genesys Cloud.

    To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

    Actually, the idea was already submitted for the same request but still it's not on the roadmap, however, I've tried multiple times using different permissions but still it won't work this way.

    Hopefully it would be added in the future.
