  • 1.  Interaction View Wrap Codes Filtering

    Does anyone know if there is a way to filter on the ININ placed wrap codes on the Interactions View section? I am only able to choose customer entered/created wrap-codes. 

    In reference: Campaign placed an ININ related Wrap-up on a call, I would like to figure out a way to include these in the filter section at the right of the Interactions View screen.

    We have implemented this enhancement as part of a set of other improvements to the Interactions view. This feature is currently planned for a Q1 release.
