Hi Community, we have been using the Blueprint here "https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/63dc125b-b54f-4f50-bc0d-40bc912d097a", to enable the translation of messages exchanged during a Message type interaction. We were able to implement the necessary and see the interaction widget inside the interaction management window in Genesys Cloud (see figure 1). What we would like to understand if it can be done, is to have the same interaction widget also in an embeddable framework (e.g., the one for Firefox), in the interaction management window (see figure 2). Thanks in advance to anyone who can help us out.
